The HT Group has an insuranceclient in North Austin looking for a Benefits Administrator to plan and administer employee benefits programs, ensure compliance with federal/state legal and tax requirements, file reports and claims, answer employee questions, and prepare and distribute claim checks.

This is a fully in office contract-to-hire opportunity in North Austin

Pay Rate: $24.04

Requirements:

-        High School Diploma or equivalent

-        Previous experience working with benefits

-        Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Desired:

-        Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field

-        3+ years of HR experience, specifically in benefits highly preferred
