Quality Manager

What you will be doing:

Develop, implement, and manage the  project  quality  management system.

Oversee field Quality Control activities.

Perform quality reports, and audits and oversee  QA and QC  documentation and test  results.

Ensure  project  compliance  with  the quality  management  plan  and with  Federal, State, Local,  ISO 9001  , and other regulatory laws and standards.

Maintain and report the quality management system records as required by the project Quality Management Plan and Company corporate requirements.

Manage  all nonconformities  at the project level  and  the  implementation of  any  corrective and preventive actions.

Attend meetings related to Quality issues.

Distribute relevant QC documentation to site subcontractors.

What you need for this position:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Science, or equivalent

10+ years of experience in progressive responsibility in a quality control manager position.

Experience on large highways, bridges/structures, paving, and/or utility relocation projects as a contractor.

Applicable certifications in Quality and Construction.

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

Preferred need for this position:

Hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferable, or the ability to obtain it in a reasonable time frame.
