The HT Group is partnering with one of the fastest growing brands in the outdoor industry to find a Logistics Coordinator to join their team with a hybrid work schedule who is itching to get their foot in the door at one of the coolest companies in Austin. This is a contract role estimated to be about 8-12 month.

The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Associate Fulfilment Manager and primarily, but not exclusively be part of executing the fulfilment strategy determined by the Executive Team. The Logistics Coordinator will interact with sales, marketing, supply chain, and IT and work with key stakeholders in each department to deliver products on time, accurately and when promised, to create a world-class customer experience.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday (Hybrid work schedule)

Pay rate of $20-24/hour DOE 

MUST BE LOCATED IN AUSTIN, TX

Responsibilities:

• Actively work in ERP system to process and release commercial invoices to the warehouse(s) to process international small package orders
• Develop and maintain successful and productive relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide support to error-proof the order entry processes
• Serve as a point of contact for questions or problems
• Maintain the integrity of orders within the ERP system
• Provide track and trace support to the 3PL, transportation carriers, and internal customers regarding transportation
• Help run and publish daily reports

Requirements:

• Good business understanding and application of enterprise systems including SAP and Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
• 2+ years of Logistics operations experience
• Strong computer and analytic skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills- must be able to pass an Excel assessment 
• Basic EDI knowledge preferred
