ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Design, develop, and implement the Officer Development and Internship program. 2. Work with the Executive Director of Talent, Culture and Organizational Effectiveness and other related stakeholders on a program advisory board. 3. Manages the selection of candidates for onsite interviews with bank management; guides interview team through selection process on candidates to receive offers. 4. Manages offer/acceptance process to achieve highest quality, optimally-sized program classes. 5. Attends college functions to represent the bank and develop/strengthen relationships with the students and student groups; makes presentations to student groups. 6. Develops and implements the applicable learning program tracks including writing curriculum and preparing materials. 7. Facilitates non-technical, or non-specialist learning sessions. 8. Create and implement a listening strategy to evaluate the experience of the candidates and the business stakeholders throughout the program, and afterwards. 9. Ensures all participants have a development plan. 10. Responsible for ongoing monitoring of ODP graduate development including regular formal and informal coaching meetings for the first 6 months post-placement. 11. Collaborate on the development of a strategy and plan for managers of the ODP and Internship program graduates, sharing best practices and ensuring clarity on their responsibilities and accountability for managing graduates. 12. Manage the program budget. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree - Considerable facilitation experience - Learning curriculum development experience and practical application - Working knowledge of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy, and banking regulations, customer development, relationship management and sales approaches - Four or more years work experience in a bank - Ability to work independently to achieve goals - Knowledge of relevant governmental/regulatory requirements (EEO, ADA, etc.)
